About this game
Answering the Call
Every mission begins at the dispatch center. You choose a call, then drive an ambulance to the incident location using a GPS route. The city streets include traffic and obstacles, so following road rules helps you arrive smoothly. Once on scene, you load the patient and head to the hospital. Each step must be completed within a time limit to earn points.
Driving and Patient Handling
Control your ambulance with arrow keys or on-screen buttons. The driving model emphasizes realistic movement, so sudden turns or collisions slow you down. Loading the patient requires care—rushing can cost valuable seconds. After delivery, you receive a score based on speed and safety, which unlocks new levels.
Progression and Difficulty
Missions range from minor injuries to serious accidents, keeping each call different. Early levels teach the basics, while later scenarios demand faster navigation and better traffic awareness. The difficulty rises gradually, so practice improves your response time. No violent content appears, making it suitable for players of all ages.

How To Play
Player Reviews
Emergency Vehicle Driver 2021 offers a straightforward emergency response experience. The core loop—drive to a scene, load a patient, reach the hospital—is easy to understand, while time limits and increasing difficulty add pressure. The realistic driving mechanics and lack of violent content make it suitable for younger players or anyone interested in first-responder work. However, the input does not describe advanced features like vehicle customization or a detailed story, so players seeking deep simulation may find it limited.
